Returns & Refunds
Every Brissa Keepsake item is printed to order, just for you. Because of that, we handle returns a little differently than stores that ship from a warehouse.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, we will make it right at no cost to you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Size exchanges
Picked the wrong size? Reach out within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you on a solution. Since each shirt is made to order, we may ask you to cover the shipping on a replacement.
Change of mind
Because every item is printed specifically for your order, we are not able to accept returns for change of mind. If something feels off with your order, contact us anyway — we would rather talk it through than leave you unhappy.
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and a short description of the issue. We respond within 1–2 business days.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
